We're adding Barre None to our group exercise class lineup. Barre None is a lower body and core workout performed with gliding discs, small balls and a bar that each participant has at their mat.

Justin, the instructor for our 5:30am boot camp class is doing well and hopes to return the beginning of November.
Jill is having surgery this week. We all wish her a speedy recovery. While Jill is out, the class format will change to Zumba.

With flu season just around the corner, there is no better time than now to get a flu shot.
Chevy Chase Care Pharmacy will offer flu shots at our club in Bethesda at a cost of $30. Both Fitness First members and non-members are welcome.
Flu shots will be available on the following dates and times:
October 4th - 9am to 11am
October 6th - 5pm to 7pm
We've just added a new piece of zero-impact, cardio equipment called the Zero Runner. Next time you're in the club, give it a try and let us know your thoughts!

Justin, the instructor for our 5:30am boot camp class will be out for an extended period of time to receover from surgery. During his absence, Ruth will fill the 5:30am slot with a Zumba class, effective 9/23. Ruth is a very highly rated Zumba instructor.

Effective May 26, 2014, we are modifying our childcare hours for the summer. We will return to normal childcare hours in the fall.
Mon-Thur: 9:00am to1:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:30pm
Friday: 9:00am to1:00pm
Sat-Sun: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Beginning Wednesday, May 4th, we'll be offering a NEW Zumba class with Melissa! Class starts at 12:15pm, hope to see you there!
Thank you to all the DC and Maryland area au pairs that came to our special Zumba class instructed by Melissa. We hope to offer another similar class in the near future.
